WEO is a truly white label print on demand service for artists and photographers who want to offer museum quality prints and a wide range of other products directly from their website. We handle the printing, packing, and shipping.
Is this for my portfolio website or my own on-demand store?
At its core, WEO is a print on demand ecommerce platform, but we’ve also built in portfolio features with a focus on visual artists and photographers. You’ll find that it’s more than convenient to manage both from one place.
How is this different from other services?
WEO is a fine art print on demand solution that doesn’t require coding experience, third party plugins, or complicated integrations. Truly an out of the box print on demand solution.
What do you mean by ‘White Label’?
Every account has the ability to run from a custom domain name of your choice, and completely independent of any WEO branding. You’re welcome to add our branding, but its not mandatory.
Why should I print on demand?
No need for inventory… Very low up front costs… you get to focus on what you are good at, and so do we.
What if I’m based outside of the U.S.?
All good. Although, at current – to start – we are only shipping within the US. We’ll add more shipping destinations in the near future.

Money Money • How does this work?
On a monthly basis we run sales reports, subtract the cost of printing, sales tax and shipping, and pay you the rest.
Do you charge transaction fees?
We thought about it… and thought about it again… and then decided, nope. None. We cover all of the transaction fees.
Can I decide how much money I make on each product?
It is completely up to you to decide. Prints and products have a set cost, and you decide what to add beyond that.
OK, how much does all of this cost?
During our beta period, its 100% free. It won’t be free forever, but it is for the moment.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you certainly can.. and we make it super easy to do so with step by step instructions on how to point your custom domain to our servers.
Can I get test proofs of my artwork?
Definitely. In fact, we highly recommend it so that you get the best final product possible. Once you sign up, we will send you info about our proofing process.
Production & Shipping
Why should I trust you with printing my artwork?
We’ve been running a successful Fine Art Printing Studio in Los Angeles since 2008. Our clients run the gamut; from novice artists that have never printed anything, up to internationally known artists & photographers, as well as galleries and museums.
What printers do you use?
We exclusively use Epson printers. Our current arsenal includes 9890’s and 7890’s. We use the 11880 for super large prints… We also have large format dye sublimation printers and an epic set of pneumatic heat presses…
Can I order prints of my own artwork?
If you would like to order some of your own prints in quantities larger than 1, we will guide you to our Fine Art Printing Studio. If you have an account with WEO we’ll give you a 10% discount on all orders.
Will you scan my artwork for print?
Absolutely. Once you sign up, we will send you info about how to get this process started. Also, our premium accounts receive discounts on all of our scanning services.
I already have a store built on another platform… what do I do?
Already have a website and a store? No problem. We can integrate directly with many of the most popular ecommerce platforms.
